New Appointment to Sealegs' Management Team

Auckland, 22 June 2007: Sealegs Corporation Limited has recently appointed Steve Southon to the position of National Operations Manager.

Mr Southon has extensive experience at senior operational level, having worked with a number of businesses across client services, production, warehousing and administration.

It also sees him return to familiar surroundings having previously worked with Sealegs founders, David McKee Wright and Maurice Bryham at PC Direct and Exonet.

David says "our history with Steve means there will be no down time getting to know each other. We both understand the ambition of having production capabilities which are able to meet sales demand and I'm confident he will make a difference."

In his new role Mr Southon will be responsible for improving and developing operational processes and supply chain management, as the company looks to continue its growth and expansion in both the local and foreign boating markets.

CEO David McKee Wright is delighted to welcome Mr Southon and says, "his wide breadth of experience in providing a number of businesses with successful structures and strategies to bring about maximum productivity will be invaluable to Sealegs."
