5 cent per litre fuel discount 7am to 7pm Thursday 28 June
Auckland, June 28 2007– Gull New Zealand announced that it was again discounting fuel by 5 cents per litre for a twelve hour period, commencing at 7am today.
Dave Bodger General Manager of Gull New Zealand says that as a family owned company Gull understands how hard it can be with extra costs for many people over the school holidays. As many people will fill the car on Thursday before heading away on Friday it was a great time for Gull to help people out.
“Following on from Easter Holiday pricing where Oil Giants had raised prices and Gull stood firm holding the line. Gull sees this as another opportunity to really deliver value to the New Zealand motorist,” Bodger says
“People support Gull, as they know we aim to deliver real savings to everyday people. We are able to continue to do this, “says Bodger “ as people make the effort to come to our sites as long as that continues we will continue to deliver”
The discount of 5 cents per litre is effective at the majority of retail sites where Gull controls the fuel price.
