TelstraClear staff member excels

TelstraClear today congratulates a staff member who took away a top award at last night’s prestigious TUANZ Contact Awards Gala evening. The annual awards showcase excellence in the Contact Centre industry.

Joanne Lynch Blosse, TelstraClear’s Customer Care Learning and Development Coordinator won “Trainer of the Year” for her work around instilling NZQA qualifications for Contact Centre staff and customer services training.

Ms Lynch Blosse has been with TelstraClear for six years and is motivated by helping others achieve.

“I feel very privileged to be one of the final three people up for the award, and to actually win is an amazing thrill. I care about people and their development, and love it when they get excited about their own success and progress,” she says.

“This award recognises not just my achievement, but also the fantastic commitment and attitude of all of our Contact Centre staff at TelstraClear,” she says.
