The Perfect Investment ?
A
Christchurch property going to auction this month apparently
has everything investors ask for.
Craig Edwards of
Simes says the unit on the corner of Parkhouse and Michelle
Roads in Sockburn is the perfect investment, if past
requests are anything to go by.
“If I made a list of
the things investors ask me for, this property would get a
tick in every box,” he says.
“It occupies a high
profile corner, is in a great location, is modern (less than
a year old) and low maintenance (tilt slab concrete with
zincalume roof). It has a long term lease with four years to
run, an upside in the rent, plenty of car parks, heavy
vehicle access and is priced under
$1million.
“People say the perfect investment
doesn’t exist, but here it is,” says Craig Edwards. The
showroom, warehouse and office building will be auctioned on
August
15.
