Chartered Accountants welcome new business.govt.nz portal
The New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants is welcoming the new business.govt.nz portal.
Institute chief executive Garry Muriwai says, “The new portal is a great resource for people looking to start a business, or for business people wanting a helping hand.”
business.govt.nz is the place for businesses – big and small to find and access all government business information and services. The site is also a gateway for business people to find and connect with practical resources available from the wider business community.
"I recommend the site as a resource. It's not intended to replace personalised, professional advice like you would get from a Chartered Accountant, but it's an excellent starting point for finding the information you need to face day-to-day business challenges,” Mr Muriwai says.
“The Institute welcomes the effort going into promoting business advice in recent months, and is pleased to be able to contribute to the portal. We’re also providing support for the excellent Business is Booming series on TV1.”
“We look forward to continuing our positive relationships working with people who make practical business information available to Kiwi entrepreneurs.”
