You know the story, some mates get together and create the best mousetrap ever. “We’ll make a fortune and retire as millionaires” they say; “let's form a company and just get on with it.” Constitution? Standard one thanks. Shareholders' agreement? Don’t need one, we’re all mates here! It’s never a problem until a few years down the track when personal goals change or things are different than expected then, as Bassam Maghzal a Solicitor with Mortlock McCormack Law will tell us, it can become a nightmare for all.
