Infinity Group CEO Stuart Robb resigns

Media release:

Infinity Group CEO Stuart Robb resigns

Wellington, 24 August 2007 — Infinity Group Chairman Paul Collins announced today that Infinity Group has accepted, with regret, the resignation of CEO Stuart Robb.

Robb, who joined Infinity Group as chief financial officer in 2000 and was appointed CEO in 2002, has accepted a general management role with the New Zealand Rugby Union, commencing November.

Collins said Robb leaves Infinity Solutions in good shape and with the board’s best wishes. “Stuart has ably led the business, from its genesis as one of New Zealand IT industry’s most significant mergers of the new millennium, to where we are today as one of the country’s largest New Zealand-owned IT and consulting businesses.

“Our priority is finding a new CEO to take the business forward and continue implementing our business strategy in which Stuart has played the leading hand,” Collins said.

The Infinity Group board is conducting a search to find the new CEO, considering both internal and external candidates.
