Mortgages Timaru Moves To New Office
Mike Pero Mortgages broker Gary Dobbs has opened the doors on his new premises in downtown Timaru.
Gary joined Mike Pero Mortgages 18 months ago as a broker servicing the South Canterbury area. He has worked from home up until now but says the economic confidence in South Canterbury signifies it is time for a change.
“I’ve worked from home because it has suited me but business is going well at the moment and opening an office in Timaru was the next logical step,” says Gary Dobbs.
His new South Canterbury office is situated at 4 Church Street, just a “stone’s throw” from the main street of Timaru. Gary says there has been talk of a downturn in the housing market but he thinks the outlook for the market in South Canterbury is still positive.
Mike Pero Mortgages Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Staniland, says the new office in Timaru is a significant development for the South Canterbury area.
“The new office in Timaru shows a real commitment to the area and with Gary’s drive and determination we are looking forward to continued growth in South Canterbury,” says Jeff Staniland.
Gary is already open for business at his new premises. He has spent the past month refurbishing and he is looking forward to welcoming both existing and new clients to his Mike Pero Mortgages office.
