Spring Wedding Show 2007 Brings Charities Together

Your Day Trust warmly invites you to celebrate its 8th annual Spring Wedding Show on Sunday 16 September, 2007 at the new venue, the Hotel Grand Chancellor-161 Cashel Street, Christchurch.

Each year, the show also raises funds for the Royal NZ Foundation of the Blind and Child Helpline Trust.

“The carefully selected leaders of wedding industry will create a
’bridal shopping mall’ under one roof at the Hotel Grand Chancellor. They will inspire you with ideas and expert advise, enabling you to plan your entire wedding in one hit”, says Your Day Trust board member, Sharon Lingham.

Local businesses including marriage celebrant Anne Stubbersfield, photographers, Special Images and Photo Flair Weddings, and Crown Limousines, along with Richard Caves are the team behind the Trust.

Two bridal fashion shows at 11:30 am and 3.00 pm are planned for your convenience and hosted by Newtalk ZB’s presenter, Ali Jones.
After more than 20 years working in broadcasting, Ali Jones is right at home in her role as morning talkback host at NewstalkZB.

Check out the latest designs, colour and accessories for the Bride, groom, and mother of the bride and the rest of the bridal party.

The show feature from head to toe, your dream dress to make-over! From event venues, accommodations, catering, wedding cakes, celebrants, wedding transport, photographers, music, videographers, flowers, jewellery, health and beauty and more.

Pamper yourself with on-site facials and massages as well as sample some of delicious cuisine. For that celebrity look, hair and make-up artists will come up with stunning looks or you can choose your own style.

Enjoy the glamour of Canterbury’s award winning bridal fashion houses featuring the latest designs for the bride, groom and the rest of the wedding entourage. Their range will excite you with this season’s latest colour, style and texture.
