Upgrade Your Lunch

MEDIA RELEASE - 25 OCTOBER 2007

Upgrade Your Lunch

The Grove Restaurant Takes Lunchtime Dining Up a Class

Take the tedium out of lunch by upgrading your midday meal to a truly moving dining experience at Auckland’s The Grove.

This November, The Grove has partnered with Mercedes-Benz to offer lunchtime diners an enticing lunch menu and complimentary ride back to the office in the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

The menu features all The Grove favourites as well as a special entrée of lightly tempured abalone served with smoked eel, asparagus and seaweed with a chardonnay vinegar sorbet paired with a glass of NV Taittinger Champagne.

Michael Dearth, owner of The Grove says, “This particular pairing of The Grove and Mercedes-Benz is a match made in heaven. We often tell our diners that it is impossible to capture the taste of a dish through words alone so we recommend people come in and try it. Likewise with the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class – it has to be experienced to be appreciated. What better way to savour the delicate flavours of a luxurious lunch than a trip back to work in the comfort of a chauffeur-driven Mercedes-Benz C-Class?”

The Upgrade Your Lunch offer is available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday throughout the month of November.

To book please call (09) 368 4129 or visit www.thegroverestaurant.co.nz. The Grove is located in St Patrick’s Square off Wyndham Street.
