Barfoot & Thompson has further expanded its Auckland network with the addition of a new Greenhithe branch. The Greenhithe office, located at 24 Greenhithe Road, complements Barfoot & Thompson’s existing offices on Auckland’s North Shore.
Managed by Lucas Bonné, the Greenhithe branch has five sales staff and will service the greater Auckland harbour area.
Lucas was a successful salesperson with Barfoot & Thompson’s Glenfield branch and has 12 years’ experience in real estate. Before starting in real estate, Lucas had a teaching career.
“I was drawn to the real estate industry to learn investment skills and to gain experience in the commercial world, and have really enjoyed the challenges it brings. It’s very exciting to get the opportunity to establish a new branch from scratch, while still having the backing of the leading brand in Auckland real estate.”
Barfoot & Thompson Director Peter Thompson says Lucas demonstrated drive and determination in being selected for the role.
“Lucas improved his salespersons ranking within the company by more than 200 places in just two years, showing that he has the strong work ethic and sense of purpose to lead the branch.”
