New Zealand's Best All Weather
Golfwear Launches Today
A new premium range of all weather golfwear called 3 Under launches just in time for the 2007 Michael Hill NZ Open. 3 Under was founded by Wellington entrepreneur Stephen Beath who spent 18 months researching, testing and prototyping to successfully bring the range to market. Stephen’s aim was to develop a range of high performance golfwear that could cope with New Zealand’s unpredictable climate without inhibiting the natural golf swing. 3 Under is the only company to specialise in high performance golfwear at the top end of the market.
“The brand name 3 Under fitted perfectly not only reflecting the technical attributes of the 3 layer system but a great golf score and a touch of the downunder for good measure” said Stephen.
In addition to the cutting edge design is advanced fabric technology to give total protection from the elements - rain, wind, cold and ultraviolet. The range of polo shirts designed and made in Wellington has SPF 50+ protection built into the fabric giving the golfer an excellent level of protection from harmful ultra violet rays.
Stephen is proud to be launching 3 Under at some of New Zealand’s top golfing and outdoor clothing stores including The Golf House in Newmarket, The Royal Wellington, Millbrook Resort and Back Country in Arrowtown.
