NZAA Celebrates Fourth Anniversary

The Founder and President of New Zealand Association of Accountants Inc (NZAA) trading name NZ Association of Certified Public Accountants (NZACPA) Alton A. Shameem JP, celebrated the fourth anniversary of the formation of the organization with the members in Auckland on November 25.

The organization was launched on October 20, 2003, incorporated on June 16, 2004 is growing from strength to strength and bringing accountants and the business community together.

NZ Association of Accountants has offices in Auckland, Hamilton, and Wellington and internationally in USA and Fiji.

Just recently NZAA’s member Heather Leaity B.Com. AMNZAA commenced her accounting practice. Heather is seated opposite the President Alton A. Shameem and enjoyed the vivacious celebration.

NZACPA is promoting opportunities for networking, fellowship, diversity, support, professional and personal development, education, sports, employment, self employment and social activities. It frequently produces the newsletter called The New Zealand Accountant.

The NZAA is passionately filling the need for an alternative, proactive, cohesive, informed, participative, inclusive, user-friendly, pragmatic and progressive self-regulating professional body to unify members. It is an inclusive group and all accountants are welcome to join.

Through unity and networking the group will fully participate in the effective economic and social development of our great country New Zealand for the benefit of all New Zealanders, through improved job skills, professionalism, business growth and entrepreneurialism
