Clegg & Co Investors Receive Initial Distribution Of 15 Cents In The Dollar
BDO Spicers yesterday informed investors in Clegg & Co Finance, Clegg & Co Leasing and Clegg & Co Capital that they would be making an initial distribution payment of 15 cents in the dollar to all investors with funds being received today (Thursday 20 December) at the latest.
BDO Spicers (Chartered Accountants & Advisers) were appointed receivers of Clegg & Co Finance on 4th October 2007.
The Receivers are continuing to collect on-going payments from the Company’s borrowers and/or take early settlement on loans, wherever possible. It is from these funds, and the cash at bank collected on appointment, from which this first distribution has been paid.
