David Simcock Welcomed Back to Bell Gully Tax Practice Full-time
www.LawFuel .co.nz - The Law Jobs and Legal NewsWire Bell Gully tax partner David Simcock is returning to the firm's tax practice full-time from January 2008, after almost three years as the firm's chairman and following tax partner Joanne Hodge's retirement from the firm.
David, who is regularly recognised by independent legal research as one of New Zealand's leading tax practitioners, maintained a reduced tax practice while he was chairman but says he is looking forward to resuming working full-time with clients on all tax issues, with a focus on his key areas of corporate restructuring, tax-efficient financing and tax litigation.
Roger Partridge, head of Bell Gully's litigation practice, is the firm's new chairman.
