A Christchurch-based real estate company has won an award for best practice.

Simes has been awarded the "Site of the Week" by the company Best Practice.com.au.

Robert Bevan of Best Practice, based in Sydney, says his company is a reference point for Australasian real estate agencies, offering best practice advice, training and newsletters.
