Final Release at Silverdale's Totara Views

Final Release at Silverdale's Totara Views

North Shore-based Universal Homes' is releasing the final stage of home and land packages at Totara Views, the Silverdale development that has been in high demand since building began five years ago.

Most of the packages now on offer have flat sections and are set in established landscaped streets. They range in size from three to five bedrooms and prices start from $639,000.

There is a large range of house style for buyers to choose from, including single level and two-storey options. All the homes are of linear or brick and tile construction, and have double garages, en-suites, alarm systems and fully-equipped kitchens with Stonex bench tops.

Totara Views is already an established residential area on the Hibiscus Coast. Once the remaining 37 home and land packages are built, Universal Homes will have completed the 300-section development which began in 2003.

Universal Homes Sales Manager Mike Pearce says: "This development is in a prime location. It has always been popular with buyers who want to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle and amenities of the Hibiscus Coast.

"As expected, we are receiving a lot of interest in this final release."

The location of Totara Views has had wide appeal to buyers - highly-regarded schools near the doorstep, close proximity to Orewa with its stunning beach, amenities, recreational facilities and excellent shopping, and Auckland CBD less than an hour away.

"The development continues to be a popular choice for families looking for excellent schooling within walking distance, and for buyers who want the beach, town and countryside close by – with the bonus of easy motorway access," says Mike.

The Totara Views show home is open seven days a week from midday to 4pm.
