Good men hard to find
Fieldays Rural Bachelor of the Year organisers are still looking for the next crop of Rural Bachelors to compete for the Golden Gumboot trophy and a stack of prizes at Fieldays, 11-14 June 2008.
Competition coordinator, Gemma Antoniadis says that it’s time for mothers, sisters, bosses and co-workers to nudge their bashful blokes into the spotlight. “Our rural bachelor finalists always have a great time at Fieldays,” she says. “In addition to winning some amazing prizes, the guys enjoy a fantastic celebrity-style week at Fieldays and gain plenty of female attention. This year, there is also a trip for two to the Cook Islands up for grabs that will ensure that the fun lasts far beyond the event.”
So take a look down at the shed, in the pub, on the rugby field, in your rural supply stores and support organisations for the next Fieldays Rural Bachelor of the Year. Eligible contestants will be over 18, work in the rural industry, ooze Kiwi bloke charm and most importantly, be single.
Don’t miss out – entries close soon! Download an entry form from www.fieldays.co.nz or contact Gemma Antoniadis on 07 843 4499 or email gemmaa@fieldays.co.nz. Fieldays Rural Bachelor of the Year is proudly sponsored by Classic Hits along with supporting sponsors Cook Islands Tourism, Swanndri, Skellerup, STIHL, Hyundai, Waikato Draught, NZ Pork and RD1.
