NZ Property Investor Magazine continues growth
Press Release by Tarawera Publishing Ltd
The residential property market maybe in a slump, but New Zealand’s only magazine for property investors continues to grow.
NZ Property Investor Magazine has reported an 11.1 percent increase in net circulation in the 12 months to June 30.
This makes it one of the top growth titles in the New Zealand magazine market.
In latest six-month audit period, to June 30, circulation was up 7% to 14,704 according to the just-released Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) report.
NZ Property Investor Magazine is the strongest growing business title in New Zealand, despite what some other publishers claim.
The publisher of NZ Property Investor, Philip Macalister, says a couple of trends are in play at the moment. Firstly when times are tough in the market investors seek more information to help them with their decision making process.
Secondly, investors are starting to become far more active in the market. Over the past years it has been very difficult for investors to find properties which meet their investment criteria as house prices were so high. Now prices have come back good investment opportunities are emerging.
"We are very pleased with the growth in circulation,” Mr Macalister says. “This growth is especially pleasing considering the challenging economic climate.”
