Officer
AsureQuality, the country's leading provider of food safety and biosecurity assurance services has appointed Alan Bird as its Chief Financial Officer.
Alan Bird comes to AsureQuality with a wealth of experience having spent some 15 years in the dairy industry in various roles including Mainland Products Chief Accountant, Kapiti Cheeses Financial Controller and Acting CEO.
He also spent five years in the government sector including Director of Finance for the NZ Employment Service, TVNZ and at AgResearch as its Chief Financial Officer.
AsureQuality's CEO Tony Egan says Alan brings an impressive history to compliment and strengthen the Executive Management team to ensure the company's financial objectives are met.
