Allen & Overy LLP said today that it is advising HBOS plc on its proposed merger talks with Lloyds TSB Group plc.
The Allen & Overy team is being led by corporate partner and HBOS relationship partner Alistair Asher, and corporate partner David Broadley, assisted by senior associate Gordon Milne. Anti trust partner Mark Friend is advising on the complex regulatory issues.
