Explore the 7 Sensualities of Dom Pérignon

Exclusive Dom Pérignon dining experience now available in New Zealand

Dom Pérignon’s legendary 7 Sensualities dining experience is now available in New Zealand for the first time.

The 7 Sensualities is an invitation to discover Dom Pérignon 2000 through seven exclusive courses using products and ingredients chosen by Dom Pérignon’s Chef de Cave, Richard Geoffroy, for their ability to reveal a different aspect of the 2000 vintage each time.

Leading New Zealand Chef, Geoff Scott, from Auckland’s Vinnies restaurant, was handpicked to be trained in the art of the 7 Sensualities by Pascal Tingaud, executive chef for both Moët & Chandon and the three star Michelin Château de Saran in France.

Scott travelled to France earlier this year to be schooled by Pascal Tingaud and is now offering the three-hour-long gourmet voyage at his Auckland based restaurant.

Served on specially created dishes imported from France designed to accentuate the sensory experience, the journey comprises of seven exclusive courses, which each reveal a different facet of the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2000 and provoke a response from the prestigious champagne.

Designed to celebrate the timeless style of Dom Pérignon, the exclusive dining experience explores such aspects of the champagne as purity, tactile seduction, intensity and radiance.

The sensory journey is an experience based on the surprise and discovery of the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2000. The components of the Sensualities are only revealed during the course of the meal and are comprised of distinctive ingredients from across the globe and New Zealand.

To be one of the first to take part in this luxurious dining experience, bookings can be made at Vinnies Restaurant 09 376 5597.
