Effective dates

National Bank Variable
For new Variable Rate customers, rates take effect on Monday 24 November 2008.
For existing Variable Rate customers, rates take effect on Monday 8 December 2008.

National Bank Thoroughbred Flexible
For both new and existing Thoroughbred Flexible customers, rate changes will come into effect on Monday 8 December 2008.
