Finalist In 2009 Vero Business Awards

New Zealand’s Leading Invoice Discounting Company Is Finalist In 2009 Vero Business Awards

The Interface Financial Group, the country’s largest alternative funding source for small businesses, has been named as a finalist in the High Growth category of the 2009 Vero Excellence in Business Support Awards.

Interface was up against stiff competition to reach the finals. A record number of entries were made for this year’s awards and the evaluation panel noted that the quality of finalists was a notch higher than previous years.

Chris Reid, NZ director of Interface, which provides invoice financing (often called invoice discounting), believes the company’s success is down to the hard work and commitment of the Interface franchisees.

‘I am extremely proud of our franchise holders. They are all highly skilled and driven individuals and it is clear that they are committed to making Interface a success. It is fantastic that their efforts are being recognised.’

The Vero Excellence in Business Support Awards is held annually. Sponsored by Vero, BDO Spicers and National Business Review and founded by business sector specialist, Sarah Trotman of Bizzone, the awards are a key event during the annual Bizzone Business Expo, New Zealand's largest event for business. The winners will be announced on 28 May in Auckland at a gala black-tie dinner attended by 600 people.
