TV3’s Hilary Barry To Join Radio Live
Leading news presenter and journalist Hilary Barry is joining Marcus Lush as news anchor on the RadioLIVE breakfast show weekdays from Monday 9 February (6am – 9am).
Central to Hilary Barry’s role is the presentation of the news and a new current affairs and information feature, The World at 7, featuring a half hour of news, interviews with the day’s key newsmakers and information from New Zealand and around the world.
RadioLIVE programme director Mitch Harris said “the addition of Hilary Barry represents an exciting next step in the evolution of the station, along with the introduction of The World at 7 which will offer listeners a superior morning news package, wrapped up in a half hour.”
Hilary Barry is looking forward to her new role. “It’s going to be a great year for RadioLIVE and I’m very excited to be joining the team.”
