Hot Winter Style With Sudo Kids

Sudo have once again set the bench-mark for designer children’s wear this winter with latest collection from design duo Terry and Rachel Lay. The collection showcases the unique rock and urban style that they have become famous for, with another collection of fashionable styles, for today’s fashion forward kids.

“The Autumn Winter collection is a diverse range of pieces that cater for rainy Melbourne, frosty New Zealand and even the lightweight winters of Queensland. The colour palette incorporates grape, turquoise, coral, grey and chocolate. The fabrics include soft leathers, tweeds, oversized checks and bold prints. These blend together for effortless kid’s cool.” said Terry Lay Designer and Director of Sudo Clothing.

For the fashion world’s up-and-coming young ladies, the Sudo winter season hints to the 80’s with frivolous Ra-Ra skirts making a welcome comeback. Turtlenecks too have been revived as a must have item, perfect for a winter’s day. A colour palette of charcoals, chocolates, mauves and teals injected with coral pink and striking electric blue. Beautiful floral and bright block colours will contrast the dark winter weather. Layering is key across the line with playful dresses, skirts and tops which can be combined with leggings or skinny jeans. Finally, to top off any stylish outfit there are wrap trench coats, soft leather jackets with frill trim and elegant button up coats.

For Sudo boys, the collection blends a preppy look with a rocker edge. Plaid collar shirts coupled with stripe velour sweaters and jeans form a cool and casual look. Hoodies, jackets and skinny jeans all compliment the rebel-rocker vibe. For the more relaxed young man there are track pants and slouch jeans. The look incorporates a dark winter palette of rusts and metal grey’s with splashes of bright reds and aqua and vivid purples, which ensure your young man’s style is as unique as he is.

This hip Melbourne label takes inspiration from trend makers, rock culture and street style. Sudo Clothing is for today’s kids, who want to set the pace and lead, not follow. The Sudo label caters for girls and boy’s aged 2 to 12 and is available in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, including several online boutiques.

Sudo was established in 2003 by Terry and Rachael Lay and is designed and manufactured in Australia. Sudo really is a family affair, with their three children being their inspiration with the duo started the label two years after the birth of their first son Maxwell. This style driven couple created Sudo because they wanted clothing for their kids that was just as cool and fashionable as the clothes that they both felt passionate about.

Sudo is proudly Australian. Both Terry and Rachael are committed to keeping most of the production and fabric sourcing within Australia. Years of industry experience ensure that Sudo meet the high standard and quality expected from a high end fashion label. Only the finest fabrics and superior production methods are used in the manufacturing of Sudo clothing.
