Respected Tech Companies Join Forces
Established Christchurch tech companies join forces to support growth expectations
16 February 2009. Christchurch, New Zealand. – Rapid growth has led to Christchurch software company SSi Limited to form a partnership with computer services provider Technology Leasing and Computers Ltd (TLC).
The companies will work together to offer the market a package of software, computer hardware and support services.
“Traditionally SSi has provided software, hardware and services, but with a 50% sales increase in 2008 we’ve decided to focus more on our core business of software,” says SSi’s Sales and Marketing Director Kerry Glynn.
“Having been in the business for 25 years this is a strategic shift for us but one that reflects the opportunities selling our software, especially in the US market.
“There are a larger number of computer services companies in the market, but TLC is a good fit with us because they have a lot of experience, a reputation for technical strength and strong customer service.”
TLC was excited about working with SSi, says the company’s General Manager Gary Martini. “SSi is a very established company with an impressive customer list and great prospects in their niches like process manufacturing.
“As a company focused on providing highly responsive IT support, TLC can really complement SSi’s proven software products.”
