High Voltage Fuel Fired Espresso Goes Organic!

MEDIA RELEASE

22 April 2009

High Voltage Fuel Fired Espresso Goes Organic!

HIGH VOLTAGE, a mobile espresso business is making changes this week to lead to a completely organic offering by the end of April 2009!

Using beans from VOLT espresso (www.voltespresso.co.nz) HIGH VOLTAGE have been testing and tasting the new fair-trade organic blend of beans available resulting in some positive discoveries!

“Until recently organic beans have had a bit of a battering in the market that they wouldn’t be as strong or as sweet as non-organic blends, the great news is that we have found an excellent fair-trade bean through VOLT espresso that tastes great and produces a very vibrant crema” HIGH VOLTAGE says.

The “earth” blend by VOLT espresso is grown organically to certified standards and traded for a fair price with the growers, thus helping their community and livelihood.

Having already dipped their toes in the organic waters, the HIGH VOLTAGE independent mobile espresso business already uses organic raw sugar and is looking at organic milk options right now too. While there is an increase of cost for organic fair-trade beans, HIGH VOLTAGE is happy to report their coffee prices will remain the same for the organic beans too!
