Clarification – status of POD Limited

Further to the news release for the receivers of Lane Walker Rudkin Industries Limited dated 28 April 2009, there has been some misunderstanding of the situation of POD Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary companies. For clarification we advise that, while the POD companies are ultimately subsidiaries of Lane Walker Rudkin and hence the ownership of those companies is under the control of the receivers, they are not in receivership.

Subsidiaries of POD Limited include:

Designer Textiles International Limited

Designer Manufacturing Limited

Michele Ann Limited

Mollers Homewares Limited

The receivers also confirm that Malcolm Walkinshaw and George Gin, the CEO and CFO respectively of the POD Group, have been reappointed as Directors of those companies.
