Jennian homes, New Zealand’s most preferred Group Home builder, will be providing their customers with fully integrated comfort and energy solutions following an announcement that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Right House Limited, New Zealand’s most comprehensive energy efficiency solutions company.

The newly formed partnership will see Jennian Homes and Right House provide integrated energy solutions in all new homes Jennian Homes build nationwide. Both Right House and Jennian Homes follow like-minded principles that a customised solution provides homeowners with greater satisfaction and superior long term value. Jennian Homes provides New Zealanders with their own personalised home built to their specifications and needs and similarly, working with Right House, home building plans are analysed and a customised solution is created that considers the house’s aspect, design, systems and products to achieve energy-efficiency and greater comfort. This newly formed partnership is seen as a real step forward for the expansion of achieving sustainability within the building sector.

The first Jennian Show Home to include a Right House installed energy solution is based in Nelson and is due for completion early July. This will be followed by the Future Proof Building Tomorrow’s Showhome at Anselmi Ridge subdivision in South Auckland later in the year. Richard Carver, Director of Jennian homes says that the expertise which Right House brings was a key motivation for the partnership that matches Jennian Homes Clients personality.

“Energy efficiency is now at the forefront of both the developers and consumers mind, so it was important for us to partner with a company like Right House in order to be able to deliver both efficient and effective energy saving solutions, such as energy efficient lighting,” says Carver.

Dependant on the investment of the home, the Right House solution will vary. Jennian Homes are customised and built to our clients specifications (personality) and therefore, will receive a tailored Right House solution to complement both the houses and family’s personal needs.

“The installation of the Right House customised solution in all new homes gives our Jennian home buyers the confidence that they are not only purchasing a home of high standard but they also have the reassurance of its ongoing environmental performance,” says Mr Carver.

With climate change, future proof building and sustainable living fast emerging as a significant global trend which is influencing consumers buying decisions and lifestyle choices, Hamish Sisson, CEO of Right House says that this partnership will collectively see both companies leading the field in providing homes that are kinder to the environment and consumers wallets in the long term.

“Right House’s expert services deliver practical solutions in creating energy-efficiency homes but also long term; add value to your home. Global housing trends show us that energy efficient homes do have a higher re-sale value and we see ourselves as taking steps in the right direction to deliver homeowners a home which is comfortable to live in, cost effective to run and healthier for the occupants,” says Mr Sisson.
