Four days of events with Rich Dad’s 2006 top global student
New Zealanders are soon to be introduced to a new system of property investment techniques Investment Hubs - and it’s not just for the professionals.
The Property Education Centre is holding three events this month designed to help those new to investment, as well as existing investors and developers. The system is completely new to New Zealand and offers a unique way for attendees to increase their wealth through property as well as contributing to causes that are important to them.
The idea behind the workshop is for people to get people in the same mind set and speaking the same language, so when they are invited into the specialty investment hubs, communication and decision making is enhanced says Property Education Centre’s Rustica Lamb.
It assists investors and couples to increase their financial understanding to provide more opportunity and a way to achieve their goals. Many of the people who will benefit most from this course will be couples and families looking for a way to do just that.
The expert advice on offer comes from world-renowned Petrus Carstens, a former Minister in South Africa who wanted to make a difference, but saw that without finances, people were very limited in achieving what they wanted in life.
Amazingly, Carstens only started investing in 2004. Within two years he had assets worth over $2.4 million and he doubled that in the next year. In 2006 he started his first company and became the top global student in Robert Kiyosaki’s wealth coaching academy. Kiyosaki is the author of the best selling Rich Dad, Poor Dad whose methods have been taken on by millions of people around the world. Carstens now owns nine companies and continues to create new programmes for investors at all levels. His primary business is buing and developing shopping centres.
Karm Gillespe of Mebourne who was a particpant said Amazing insights phenomenal response from every single person who attended. Many of us have been to so many wealth creation education events but this took everyone to a new level. We were introduced to the vital image of the Diamond and how this can guide us to a foundation of wealth that secures our future, which gave us absolute clarity of purpose.
Rustica Lamb says the events will show attendees a way to invest in property without the usual fear and doubt that usually goes with such big decisions.
One of the principles of the programme is
that people can ‘hunt in packs’, which means that by
joining together, they are able to find investments that
usually only the very wealthy could afford. There’s a
security that is not the norm for property investment and
we’ve seen groups of families invest together to save
money for things like their children’s future education.
There’s money to be made but for a tangible
purpose.
Group members also have the opportunity become
part of a larger group with other hubs in Australia, South
Africa, Hong Kong and now New Zealand.
The events will
offer insights and methods to achieving these goals and is
careful to present the information in a language that people
will understand. One event, The Property Expo, presents
access to more than 50 hand-picked investment properties,
each with their own property analysis.
Property investors and developers should attend, but organisers are also hoping to attract couples, people who need to get out of a financial rut and anyone who just wants to learn more.
