Optimation makes two senior appointments
Optimation has augmented its leadership capability with two new senior appointments.
Alison Zuniga Silva has joined as Client
Service Delivery Manager for Vodafone, with responsibility
for Service Management and Quality Management across all
aspects of Optimation’s multiple service contracts with
Vodafone.
Alison has over 10 years’ experience in the service provider industry with a focus on process development and improvement, performance measurement and resource management. She has held senior roles in Quality Management and Service Improvement for companies including Gen-i and AAPT in Australia and TelstraClear and Telecom in New Zealand. Alison is certified in ITIL, Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Steve McDowall has joined Optimation as Product and Partner Manager, responsible for managing key partner relationships with Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, F5, Fortinet and Check Point. Steve has over 20 years of ICT industry experience and has held senior management positions in sales, solutions architecture and consulting, service operations and project management business units. Steve trained originally in telecommunications engineering and project management and holds a postgraduate Diploma and Masters in Business Administration from Victoria University.
Most recently, Steve was an account director with TelstraClear, where he led a large virtual team that encompassed pre-sales, technical operations, service management, service desk operations and a large third party supplier framework.
