Ridge Brands appoints new General Manager

Press Release

Ridge Brands appoints new General Manager

Boutique A2 organic dairy manufacturer, Ridge Brands has recently appointed Sally Rosenberg as General Manager.

“We consider ourselves most fortunate to have Sally on board in our family business” Said David Wright, majority shareholder. “Sally shares our vision of healthy organic food and the right of consumers to have it in an industry dominated by very large players whose primary market is not local consumers”. He continued.

From the construction industry to NZ’s largest dairy company, crisis management and cost saving projects for major agriculture and Government, Sally has come full circle career wise, a change driven by a vision.

“Sally sees Ridge as the new-fashioned model to produce safe nutritious food in relatively small quantities to a very high standard. “Food with a soul, we know exactly where every ounce of our raw material comes from. With the added benefit of the a2 protein in our products we have a very unique opportunity to satisfy the ever growing demand for trusted organic food. More people should read food labels”. Sally said.

Sally arrives at Ridge amidst the launch of several new products including cheese and a very tasty new yoghurt. “Sally’s broad experience in agriculture and dairy industries gives a small company like ourselves a deeper vision that translates into market opportunities quickly” Wright said.

Two new milk based products are already in developmental stages and are expected to be launched late spring 09.
