Realestate.co.nz launches comprehensive location-based open home listing service
AUCKLAND – 14 June 2009 – New Zealand’s most comprehensive property listing site, Realestate.co.nz, is launching an innovative and convenient new open home service to connect property vendors with prospective buyers.
The free service, to be launched next week, will offer the country’s most comprehensive and up-to-date listings of open homes, categorised by location.
“‘Location, location, location,’ is the catch-cry in this industry,” says Realestate.co.nz’s CEO, Alistair Helm, “so it makes perfect sense for us to add a geographically-searchable open home listing service to our already feature-rich site.”
“Prospective home buyers will benefit immensely from a service that gives then convenient web-based access to a comprehensive database of open homes in the specific location they are targeting. Equally, the service will be invaluable for vendors seeking to present their properties to the most appropriate potential buyers.”
“Realestate.co.nz’s overwhelming leadership in property listings means we are able to launch this service with a listing base covering approximately 80% of all open homes available for inspection across the country, which is approximately 8,000 open homes in any one weekend. It’s very appealing tool for both buyers and vendors.” Mr Helm says.
