Wellington Public Relations Company Changes Ownership
Newly launched public relations company, Adroite Communications Ltd, has been established by Rob McGregor, Adrienne Olsen and Kate McGavin following the purchase of the former Wellingtonoperation of Sorensen Group.
Announcing the change of ownership, Adrienne Olsen said, “The management buyout ensures we can now grow the company. We’ve renamed the business Adroite Communication to not only reflect that change of ownership, but also because of its connotations: very skilful and quick in the way you think or move, particularly under pressure.”
Adroite continues to operate from the same premises, Level 8, ABN Amro House on Customhouse Quay, and their phone numbers remain unchanged.
Rob McGregor said, “Despite the impact of the recession, the Wellingtonbusiness remains buoyant and we have recently won new business in Christchurch, where we represent a growing number of corporate and IT clients including Jade Software Corporation, Syft Technologies, SLI Systems and the Universityof Canterbury.
“We have been particularly encouraged by the way our clients have welcomed the change and have committed to continuing their associations with us.”
Adroite Communications specialises in corporate, investment and financial public relations, government relations and public affairs, issues and crisis management, event management and editorial services.
