Optimism Ahead of Awards Ceremony
Holmes Consulting Group is the sponsor of the Tourism and Leisure category at the Property Council New Zealand awards, to be held on 25 June 2009 at Sky City.
The nominees for the award are:
Brian Perry Sports House, Hamilton;
Novotel Queenstown; Lakeside, Queenstown;
Old Historic Courthouse, Queenstown;
Te Rauparaha Arena, Porirua;
The Wintergarden, Northern Club, Auckland;
Yellow Treehouse Restaurant, Warkworth
Property Council New Zealand runs these awards annually in celebration of property investment and design excellence. Holmes Consulting Group has sponsored the Tourism and Leisure award since 1999.
While the industry continues to operate in a difficult environment, the sponsorship provides an opportunity for optimism. “The Tourism and Leisure category is, and always has been, important to Holmes Consulting Group and to New Zealand. Tourism is one of New Zealand’s largest industries and identifies the New Zealand brand to its visitors. Great design and profitable projects in this category reinforce that New Zealand continues to grow in creative ways. It’s our way of saying that it’s business as usual for Holmes Consulting Group, for the industry and for New Zealand” says Bruce Black, Managing Director of Holmes Consulting Group.
