Full NZ Support for the MEGA Modelling Suite

People and Process Full NZ Support for the MEGA Modelling Suite

People and Process is pleased to announce that we can now offer full-service consulting and training on the MEGA Modelling Suite.

Until now, our offering has been limited to the use of the Process and Architecture modules. And we have used these modules to deliver, and train for, Business Process Modelling and Enterprise Architecture projects from the point of view of supporting organisational change in your department, group or entire organisation.

Now, we cover all the elements of system design as well.

Simon Hill has recently returned to Wellington from two years working with MEGA UK where he gained considerable experience consulting and training in the Designer Database and Development modules and MEGA's use of BPMN and UML. He also contributed to the development of MEGA's System Blueprint module.

In addition to this MEGA-specific work, Simon's knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle, stemming from his experience on large scale systems change projects, means that we can now help you identify your system and organisational change candidates and put system design into your project context.

Finally, may I take this opportunity to re-affirm our commitment to providing you consulting and training support and to assisting you to derive the maximum return from your investment in the MEGA Modelling Suite.
