Auckland – Wednesday 24 June – Realbase today announced the launch of PalaceLive, an online residential property management system for rental agencies. As a leading supplier of property management software, Realbase has upgraded their stand-alone version of Palace to an online hosted version called PalaceLive. This new service allows property managers, many of whom work out of the office and after hours, to use the software from any computer with a broadband connection. It requires minimal resources to manage since it is hosted in a dedicated and secure data centre.

PalaceLive extends the functionality of Palace by allowing a growing number of business needing an online solution to access their data via the internet.

Growing Agency Moves To PalaceLive And Avoids Ballooning Office Expenses Wellington’s Lambton Property Management have been expanding at a rapid rate and with more property managers joining the business, the company’s director Shayne Thurston, was looking at larger premises. “Since many of our agents are in and out of the office, PalaceLive has meant that I can stay in our current premises as well as keeping our agents connected to the information they need when they need it.” Moving to PalaceLive meant that Shayne did not need to invest in more expensive offices while improving his service to clients. “With many tenants and contractors ringing out of hours it also means our agents can respond quicker to their requests since they’re able to access data online,” he said.

With PalaceLive, Realbase has reinforced its strong position in the market. Launched in New Zealand at the company’s inaugural user conference in Auckland last week, Realbase will be officially releasing it in Australia in August to complement its growing base of loyal customers over there.
