Rec Radar still growing despite slowdown
Rec Radar still growing despite slowdown.
Rec Radar’s membership has grown to 400 agencies enabling more than 600 recruiters to post jobs and candidates on the RecRadar.com website.
Managing director Peter Fowler says that Rec Radar is a rapidly growing international online trading tool for recruiters looking to get positive outcomes for their clients even in tough economic times.
In response to the market slowdown Rec Radar removed their membership fee earlier this year to enable all recruiters the opportunity to be part of the rapidly expanding network of recruiters working together.
In order to meet member demand Mr Fowler said some additional services are to be released shortly that will assist employers in locating an agency who has posted a suitable candidate on the website.
He added “it is great to see so many agencies being proactive and taking steps like joining Rec Radar in order to increase market share and be prepared for maximum growth.”
“When this recession eases smart agencies may want less consultants, but clients will only want to see the candidates that are 100% right for the job before they part with their cash. That’s the benefit of having a portal that allows a split with other members. ”
