Site to help newbie traders with online auction tips
Requests from newbie online traders to provide tips about how to use its specialised clothing and accessories auction website, has seen Daizychain launch a “how to auction” support website.
Daizychain, which has been up and running for only four months, launched its support website www.daizychainreseller.co.nz after working with newbie traders who needed help navigating and successfully setting up online auctions.
“We provide one-on-one SKYPE training about how to use Daizychain for anyone around the country, but for many new traders, they were just as happy getting their information online, so we set up the support website,” Leigh said.
“We completely underestimated just how much help our audience, which includes those completely new to online auction trading, needed.
“While Daizychain is really easy to use, there was still some hand-holding needed. And because we were specifically set up for those not familiar with the online auction environment, it made sense to provide fuller support.”
Leigh said the site talks people through listing on Daizychain, and provides tips for those who want to become resellers to utilise the site for their own business initiatives or for community groups who want to fundraise.
