Auckland/Sydney, 15 September 2009 - Malcolm Webb and Angus Henderson today announced the formation of their new top tier law firm, Webb Henderson. Mark Toner and Corin Maberly will also be joining the partnership.
Malcolm Webb, Mark Toner and Corin Maberly were previously partners of MGF Webb in Auckland and Angus Henderson was previously a partner at Gilbert & Tobin in Sydney. The new firm has offices in Sydney and Auckland.
One of the first of the next generation of law firms, Webb Henderson operates in highly specialised areas, both domestically and internationally, advising clients in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors, as well as regulated network industries. It is also one of the first single trans-Tasman law firm partnerships, practicing in Australian and New Zealand law.
A premium legal and regulatory practice, Webb Henderson currently advises clients in over a dozen countries throughout the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East.
