GMT Sells Newmarket Asset

Goodman (NZ) Limited (“GNZ”), the Manager of Goodman Property Trust (“GMT”), is pleased to announce the sale of Aurecon House at 139 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket for $26.65 million.
John Dakin, Chief Executive Officer of GNZ, said “The Trust’s asset disposal programme has been highly successful achieving over $100 million in sales since March 2008. The sales form part of a wider suite of capital management initiatives that have helped maintain GMT’s strong balance sheet position.”
The unconditional sale is expected to settle in December and the proceeds will be used to repay debt and fund development opportunities.
