Pinot Noir 2009 a full bodied classic
Sacred Hill
winery has released its 2009 Pinot Noir, a delightful drop
which combines purity and elegance in each
mouthful.
Grapes for this wine were sourced from Sacred Hill Estate vineyard, Hells Gate in Marlborough, where the dry autumn of 2009 was a gift for the winemakers and winegrowers.
The result is a classic pinot with a deep ruby red appearance and a stunning aroma of sweet red berry mingled with floral aromas and brambly sage notes. The palate is full of bright red fruits, spicy nuances with a supple texture.
“This lovely Pinot from the sunny Marlborough has vibrant soft appeal with lingering red fruit flavours. With great growing and harvesting conditions throughout summer and autumn, this wine will provide much enjoyment for our wine loving customers,” says Sacred Hill Senior Winemaker Tony Bish
The 2009 Sacred Hill Pinot Noir is available at wine outlets nationwide. RRP$20.90
