Wednesday January the 27th 2010
Tonight, Close Up reveals that there’s a killer lurking in garden potting mix putting gardeners everywhere at risk of dying by inhaling deadly spores.
It’s estimated that as many as 10 people died after working with potting mix, soil or bagged compost last year in NZ.
Close Up interviews the partner of a Christchurch man who died just days before Christmas from deadly Legionnaires Disease.
We also show gardeners how they can prevent death or sickness by spending just $1.
