Simms International NZ Makes First Key Appointment

Auckland, 3 February 2010. Simms International in New Zealand has announced the appointment of Benjamin Kwan as Business Development Manager focusing on Dell solutions for the SMB market.

Kwan comes to the Simms role with over 17 years of Channel and Business Development experience in market-leading companies in New Zealand and Australia. His most recent role was Lenovo Market Development Manager at Ingram Micro.

Simms International Managing Director Paul Johnston says the company is delighted Kwan has accepted the role of Business Development Manager. “Ben has an excellent reputation in the industry and his knowledge of the SMB market will be invaluable to Simms as we develop the reseller channel for Dell products in New Zealand.”

Kwan says he is excited about putting his experience to good use at Simms and driving sales of Dell products into the SMB reseller channel. “Dell has a comprehensive and formidable line-up of products ranging from notebooks, desktops and servers through to storage, printers and accessories, and I am really looking forward to discussing this opportunity with our prospective business partners.”
