The difference is that the drivers are employed by Urban Driving Solutions Limited rather than by the bus route service provider, therefore any change in provider does not immediately mean a possible loss of employment position.

In an ever-volatile labour market Urban Driving Solutions Limited seeks to iron out the ‘peaks and troughs’ by providing casual, temporary and full-time positions to appropriately trained and endorsed drivers.
