Latest Readership Figures Reveal The Groove GuideFastest Growing Weekly Magazine In New Zealand

Move over Women’s Weekly and New Idea, Brangelina take note – there’s a new kid nipping at your heels on the weekly magazine scene. With the latest Nielsen’s readership figures* released today, we are pleased to announce that weekly street ‘zine and gig guide The Groove Guide is officially the country’s fastest growing weekly publication, delivering a 40% readership increase in the last year.

The increase sees The Groove Guide’s weekly audience jump from 20,000 to 28,000 per week; that’s 8,000 more impressionable minds to influence – an impressive number even by Brangelina’s standards.

Editor of The Groove Guide Leonie Hayden commented, “To bring about our new world order we have worked very hard over the past year to pester our readers into submission via print, web, email and social media. My team will be allowed some margarine with their bread crusts today to thank them for their part in this astonishing achievement.”

Couple this readership with brother publication Real Groove magazine and you get an unduplicated audience of 65,000*, making the Groove trademark the country’s leading music and pop culture magazine brand.
