Statement from May Wang Regarding Creditor Issues
Media Statement from May Wang Regarding Creditor Issues
Creditors of May Wang (mainly arising from the failed Dynasty Group of companies) today voted to accept the repayment scheme offered by May Wang.
“I am pleased and relieved that the creditors have seen fit to accept my proposal,” says May Wang. “It vindicates my decision not to take the easy option of bankruptcy but, instead, work hard to ensure my creditors receive as much of their money back as I can afford and have been able to borrow.”
The scheme approved today will be binding on all creditors and the Trustee of the scheme will now submit it to the High Court for consideration and approval in a few weeks time.
If accepted by the court it will extinguish all debts incurred by May Wang that have resulted largely from the collapsed Dynasty companies.
This development is a welcome one, allowing Miss Wang to concentrate on her work with UBNZ Assets Holdings Ltd and the acquisition of dairy farms.
