New Zealand website sets ambitious task of defeating workplace bullies
A leading New Zealand workplace psychologist, Jonathan Black, and internet entrepreneur, David Buckingham have teamed up to develop a set of resources targeted at stamping out workplace bullying.
The website, www.defeatbullies.com will include free step by step guides, complimentary radio interviews and videos designed to give resources to those suffering at the hands of bullies in the workplace. In addition, those looking for specialist resources will be able to purchase more detailed workbooks and trainings.
The website is online is already online in its early stages, and currently offers a complimentary download of a 35 minute interview between the two founders. A full launch is expected in the third quarter of 2010.
