Prominent Wine and Spirits Merchants to Merge
Prominent Wine and Spirits Merchants to Merge Operations
A new company is to be formed to take over the business of prominent wine and spirits distributors Vintage Wines and Spirits Ltd and Eurowine Fine Wines (1990) Ltd.
The new company — to be called EuroVintage Ltd — will start operations on Monday 30 August.
It will be headed by Nick Hern and Brett Newell as joint chief executives. They are currently the chief executives of Vintage and Eurowine respectively.
It is intended that EuroVintage will continue to represent brands that are now represented by Vintage and Eurowine, and will continue to service the customers of those companies. It will have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown and sales representatives throughout New Zealand.
